For the record…

The world has historically had a problem with “pedophilia”. 

Marrying small girls off to grown men, to unite families, for promises of alliance, for whatever reason.

Part of the issue, is that there is a clear line determining when “a girl physically becomes a woman”.  Once her body determines she is fit to have children, there is physical evidence. 

For “boys” there is adolescence (depending on circumstance) until mid to late 20s. 

DOES ANYONE THINK ONE IS MENTALLY MATURED ENOUGH FOR A LIFETIME AT 14?

It is irresponsible.  To not protect our young girls, our young women, has lead to a serious degradation in society.  Leaving women feeling unprotected, unwanted, mistreated, left to fend for themselves.  It IS ABSOLUTELY the job of society to protect our children, especially our girls, as they are the pillars of society.  The first line of influence for their children, OUR children. 

This is not okay.

We gotta fix it.  It can’t be a debate.

There CANNOT be support for it.
